Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the items pass inspection.
